While we strive to keep our prices and inventory current, variances may occur due to changing market conditions, products availability, and/or typographical errors. All orders will be confirmed prior to finalizing the sale. Products prices based upon spot price are automatically recalibrated every 10 minutes. As the markets are constantly moving, the final price for an item will be determined at the time of checkout unless a gross variance or error occurs from checkout to confirmation by Bullion Money.

Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST is not charged on Bullion whether sold in Australia or overseas. For sales in Australia, GST is charged on freight and insurance. For sales overseas, where the product is exported, GST is not charged on freight and insurance, except if the products are not exported within 60 days of order. All prices shown on this website are inclusive of GST.

When your order is submitted the price is locked. You MUST initiate bank wire payment within twenty-four (24) hours of sale confirmation. If payment is not received by Bullion Money within three (3) business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and and administration fee of $75 AUD will apply, plus any applicable market loss. You are not entitled to any market gain in relation to non-timely payment of your order. Orders paid by bank wires will be shipped upon receipt of transfer of funds and any stated delays and general processing time.

Please Note: all products are subject to market fluctuation prior to sale. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to void a sale at our discretion. Market volatility or problems updating this website may result in inaccurate pricing resulting in a cancelled transaction.

If an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, Bullion Money will refund to you the full value of the purchased item(s).

If you do not receive an order confirmation number for a website order, the order did not go through and it is not confirmed.

Bullion Money reserves the right to void or cancel any order that does not comply with our internal security measures. Bullion Money, at its sole discretion, may choose to offer an alternate method of payment for those orders that do not meet internal security standards. Should you choose not to accept the alternate method of payment the order will be cancelled without further recourse on your part.

All Bullion type product sales are final.

NO products will be shipped from Bullion Money until payment for said products is received in full.

Bullion Money DOES NOT accept Personal cheques through the postal system.  Payments in our showroom can be made in cash, eftpos or cheque. All payments need to be cleared prior to receiving goods.

Wire payments need to be initiated within twenty-four (24) hours of sale confirmation. Payments for pay and pick up need to be completed within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Under Australian law, Bullion Money is required to identify customers of bullion products. All customers must register a Bullion Money Account before placing any orders. In the case of orders for bullion products placed either via telephone, in person, or via our website for $5,000 or more, the customer is required to provide appropriate certified identification documents. Initially, scanned copies of these documents delivered by email or fax or attached to the online registration application is acceptable to establish a preliminary online account and place an order (order restrictions may apply). The certified/notarized document copies including the certifier’s original signature, must be delivered to Bullion Money by mail to fully satisfy this requirement prior to the establishment of a full trading account and the dispatch of any goods. Non-delivery of these ID documents by mail will result in cancellation of your trading account and recovery of any applicable fees and/or metal price losses under the ‘Contract Completion Guarantee’. Appropriate ID requirement for individuals is two certified/notarized photo ID documents (passport and driver licence) which give the customer’s full name, date of birth and residential address. ID requirements for all other entities, such as companies, trusts etc. are as specified below. Bullion Money reserves the right to request additional customer identification information, at its discretion. Certified ID documents including the certifier’s original signature must be posted to Bullion Money Pty Ltd. PO Box 203, ST Leonards, NSW 2000.

Companies are required to provide corporate identification documents which include the business registration details, names of directors, and for private companies, the details of shareholders.

For Australian registered companies please provide:

ASIC Company Statement; and

ASIC Certificate of Incorporation; and

The individual identification documents as detailed above for the Director/Office Holder nominated to operate the account.

For foreign registered companies please provide:

Certificate of company registration issued by the relevant foreign registration body: and

A company statement including a listing of directors, and for private companies; a listing of shareholders; and

The individual identification documents as detailed above for the Director/Office Holder nominated to operate the account.

Customer Identification Documents For Trusts and Trustees

Trusts are required to provide identification documents for both the Trust and the Trustee nominated to operate the account.

The following documents are required:

Trust Deed (first page and last few pages with the name and signature of the Trustee(s); and

If the Trustee is an individual, then please provide the individual identification documents as detailed above.

If the Trustee is a company, then please provide corporate identification documents as above; plus the individual identification documents as detailed above for the Director/Office Holder nominated to operate the account.

Any products returned to/sold by Bullion Money must be insured for their full value.

All products shipped to Bullion Money, whether for return or resale purposes, will be videotaped via our security system to insure that the contents of the package matches the included paperwork. Should a discrepancy arise, you will be notified immediately via phone/email, and a copy of the videotape will be made available.

When you return or send products to Bullion Money, we will NOT assume any responsibility while products are in transit, and will only assume responsibility while products are in the physical care, custody and control of Bullion Money.

Certified products will NOT be accepted for return if protective case has been damaged or tampered with. If case has NOT been damaged or tampered with, returns will be accepted on certified products only IF the original order is returned shipped to Bullion Money via Australia Post, insured for their full value and post marked no later then two (2) days from the time the order is received by you.

Domestic Shipping: Rates can be found by adding your selected items to your shopping cart and at the time of checkout. Bullion Money can insure your products for 0.6% of the total value of goods purchased. If you would like to insure your products please request this during your checkout in the comments box.

International Shipping: Payment for international orders can only be made via wire transfer. Please contact us for Shipping rates outside Australia. You are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be charged. If a package is unclaimed by you and sent back to Bullion Money, we will refund the purchase price minus five percent (5%) and all shipping and insurance costs incurred by Bullion Money. Bullion Money is NOT responsible for any duties and or taxes when product arrives in your respective Country.

All orders are shipped in full once every product on the order is in stock. If your order contains an item that is delayed, the order will ship once all products on the order are in stock.

If you feel a package is damaged or has been tampered upon arrival, DO NOT accept the package and notify Bullion Money immediately. Once you have signed for the package Bullion Money assumes no further responsibility/liability.

IN NO EVENT WILL BULLION MONEY OR ITS AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR LOST OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE, OR FOR ANY TRANSCTION CONDUCTED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, OR ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE WEBSITE OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATIONS OF YOUR TRANSMISSION OR DATA OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE WEBSITE.

You represent that you are of legal age and that you are fully authorized to contract with us.

You agree that if any action at law or equity is required to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in any litigation, mediation, arbitration, or administrative or bankruptcy proceedings, and any appeals there from, in addition to any other relief to which they may be entitled.

In case any one or more provisions contained in this Agreement shall, for any reason, be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision herein and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had not been contained herein.

You understand and agree that Bullion Money may, in its sole discretion, but is not obligated to, monitor or record your telephone conversations with Bullion Money for quality control and our protection. Bullion Money does not consent to the recording of telephone conversation by you or any third party.

You expressly authorize Bullion Money to contact you at the email, text messaging, facsimile, or telephone numbers provided by you regardless of whether these phone numbers are listed on any state or federal Do Not Call list. If you request that Bullion Money no longer contact you, we will promptly place your name on our Do Not Call list.

This Agreement coupled with our Invoice constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and there are no agreements, understandings, restrictions, warranties, or representations, expressed or implied, oral or written, between the parties other than those herein contained.
