How to sell via your Dashboard
If we are storing your bullion for you, you can simply lock in the price and qty via your dashboard account page 24/7. You will receive a confirmation and we will remove the stored items from your holdings and quickly follow by payment.
You can also choose to call us for a personal approach to carry out this transaction.
Trade at Bullion Money Showroom
If you have the metal in your possession, you will need to bring it to our showroom located in Parramatta. We will assess the metal by means of metal testers, weight and XRF scanning to determine our offer price based on the prevailing spot price.
If your are satisfied with the offer we provide on the spot payment via cash, cheque or direct bank transfer to your specified account.
Door to Door pickup
Bullion Money can offer a fully insured door to door collection of your bullion and other precious metals products via our Courier service. This enables you to intereact and trade from the comfort of your home no matter where in Australia you reside.
Simply call our office to discuss what you are selling, we will provide an estimate based on your description and once the items are received we will confirm the lock in rates based on the current spot price. Once you agree to proceed we will deposit the money into your nominated bank account within 1 business day. If for any reason you do not want to proceed we can send your goods back as received with no cost to you.
Alternatively you can make your own shipping arrangments to Bullion Money. Please send by registered post or a door to door courier service. Once the items are shipped please advise us by phone or email with a small description of the goods incomming to us. When we receive the items we will confirm exactly what is received and make our offer to you and proceed with payment as agreed.
